Ready to ship orders are filled within 24 - 72 business hours.  Custom orders are filled within 4 weeks of initial deposit payment.  All orders are shipped USPS.

I want you to love your new purchase and shop here for years to come.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund.  After 10 days, we are happy to provide you with store credit towards another purchase.  The returned product must be unused and in new condition.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

All purchases are warranted for a period of six months from the date the item was shipped.  The warranty covers defective hardware.  It does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, or gradual degradation due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, or improper use.  Buyer is responsible for shipping the item for repair or replacement.  LynBeth Threadworks will pay for shipping costs back to the customer.
